Dave and Kathy Galanto know their business and community. Dave owned a liquor store in Middletown for 35 years before buying the former Wine Cask in 2014. In 2015, he changed the name to Paradise Wines & Spirits and greatly expanded the stores size and inventory. Kathy's love of the Shoreline began with summers spent in Old Saybrook from the time she was a child. It became the couple's year-round paradise in 2012.
